The Registrar General’s Department officially launched the 1930 Call Center and its new website www.rgd.gov.lk on 07 April 2026 to enhance public access to departmental services and information.

The event was graced by the presence of Hon. Minister of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government, Mr. A.H.M.H. Abayarathna, Deputy Minister Mr. Ruwan Senerath and Mr. Aloka Bandara, Secretary to the Ministry, Mrs. S. Jaladeepan, Registrar General along with senior officials of the Department.

The 1930 Call Center assists the public with inquiries regarding departmental services, while the new website provides convenient access to information and services related to the department.
