📋 Steps to Apply

1. Visit our website: https://online.ebmd.rgd.gov.lk
2. Fill in the application – Enter accurate details related to the birth, marriage, or death certificate you are requesting.
3. Make the payment – A payment link will be sent to your email and phone number within 2 days. Use secure online payment methods.
4. Receive your document – You can either receive it by post to your address or collect it from the respective Divisional Secretariat Office’s Registrar Division.
