  • Appealing to the Registrar General within 30 days from the date of rejection under Section 38(2) of the Registration of Documents Ordinance, against a document rejected by the Land Registrar in accordance with Sections 36(1) and 36(2) of the said Ordinance.
  • Documents to be submitted for an appeal
    • The deed rejected by the Land Registry
    • Appeal
    • An affidavit incorporating the corrections (The affidavit must be prepared in the language in which the deed was drawn and attested)

    The above-mentioned documents must be handed over to the Land Registrar of the relevant Land Registry.
