- Designing, Developing, Maintaining Information and Communication Technology Systems related to civil registration, land, and title registration services
- Administering and operating application systems, databases, and digital platforms used for providing Departmental and public services
- Ensuring data security, data accuracy availability, and access control concering all ICT systems and digital documents
- Manging and Maintaining ICT infrastructure including servers, network systems, storage, and user computers
- Providing daily technical supprt and user support services for departmental officers, regional offices and service center
- Implementing and monitoring backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business continuity mechanisms for essential ICT systems
- Handling ICT-related procurement according to government procurement guidelines, managing software licenses, and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Preparing and Maintaining ICT assets list, system documentation, and periodic technical reports
- Supporting digital transformation, system updates and process automation in line with national e-government policies and standards
- Integranting systems with the LGC, data centers, and other governments institutions, and coordinating for data exchange between institutions
